Jubiloso
Jubiloso offers simple music-making sessions open to anyone but delivered with the aim of being accessible for people whatever their disabilities may be. Simple patterns and scores are used to bring about communal music-making using chimes, boomwhackers and hand percussion. The group was founded alongside Jen Blackwell (known to many in Preston through her work as part of Dance Syndrome) who also plays flute with the group. Carers/support/family etc. are welcome to take part in the sessions if they choose to. Please get in contact if you want to discuss any specific requirements that participants might have.
Fridays, 2pm-3pm at Disability Equality North West, 23 Sedgwick Street, Preston, PR1 1TP. £5 per session.
